Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
The Deposit is $50. It is REQUIRED to hold your appointment and is deducted from your services.
Deposits are non-refundable, a policy implemented due to the high demand for appointments.
A travel fee, starting at $50, applies to locations that are further than 20 miles from our home base in Roswell.
Cancellation policies
Rescheduling AND/OR Cancellations done within 48 hours of the appointment is suspectable to having the deposit forfeited.
Creating the route the day before makes last-minute rescheduling or cancellations challenging, as it is difficult to fill the appointment slot with such short notice.
Payment policies
Accepted payment methods:
Zelle, Venmo , all major credit cards, and cash (for in-person transactions at the time of booking).
Kindly ensure you provide the exact amount at the time of booking, as we do not carry change.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
We do NOT accept insurance; however, we can furnish a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
Should your venue feature a paid parking lot or deck, kindly notify us BEFORE your appointment so that we can include a deposit for parking before the scheduled session.
